Board Member

Family: I have been a resident of Los Gatos since 1989. My wife Gwen and I have two children. Our oldest daughter, Sarah, is a sophomore at Monte Vista High School. Alyssa is a fifth grader at Lexington Elementary and will soon be attending Fisher Middle School.

Education: I have an MBA from Santa Clara University, with an emphasis in finance. My undergraduate degree is from Azusa Pacific University where I studied Psychology and religion, graduating, with honors as the outstanding senior, in 1978.

Community/Board Service: I have served on the LGUSD Budget Advisory Committee since 2008, and Chaired the recently passed $30M Measure E School Bond.

Profession: I am currently the Senior Vice President and CFO of Xactly, located in San Jose. In addition, I am the Founder and CEO of Veeple an interactive Internet video technology company. Since the mid 1990s, I have been CEO for Callixa, Visuale and Centura Software Corporation. I am also currently a member of the Board of Directors of Sustainable Life Media, located in San Francisco.
